The makeup industry is rapidly evolving. The development of  futuristic products and concepts will alter the way consumers use cosmetics in the very near future.

Now there’s magic printers that can replicate exact makeup products, and mirrors that offer full makeup demonstrations accompanied with in-depth skin care advice.

The beauty industry as a whole will soon be changed forever thanks to these innovative ideas. Celebrity makeup artist and entrepreneur Grace Choi created the “The Mink”, a 3D  makeup printing machine. The Mink can digitally copy any makeup products suggestions by your favorite beauty bloggers by printing  your own version of the products down to the precise color or shade. Now other brands are making strides to further develop this futuristic advancement in makeup. Loréal Paris and Panasonic Beauty is set to launch even more digital ideas aimed at helping the beauty-challenged figure out their perfect makeup looks by creating apps that actually give you the option to digitally try on lipstick before you purchase it.

As a professional makeup artist and hoarder of all things beauty related, the option to digitally try out products before committing to a purchase is a great money saver.  These new advancements are my saving grace since they’ll not only save me money, but time as well. Products like these will drastically diminish the time spent shopping for makeup and make it easy to renew a “Must Have” product after it’s discontinued.

The Mink Makeup Printer costs about $300, but it’s worth every penny if your not skilled at choosing and applying makeup. Imagine having the capability to print all the makeup you desire from the comfort of your own home. With The Mink Makeup Printer you can print all the makeup products you desire.

The MODA is another revolutionary makeup tool soon to be available to beauty consumers. The MODA actually allows you to upload the look you desire and spray it on your face in five minutes!

These futuristic makeup tools were made possible with the help of new advancements in makeup technology. However, these devices and concepts are new and not without flaws. This first wave of advanced beauty tools are not perfect, but despite their small imperfections these new gadgets have caused a frenzy of excitement amongst beauty professionals.

No more dark washed jeans; that trend is over! Dive into XXL jeans that are playful but large in proportions. Extra roomy wide-legged jeans paired with cocoon-like capes is the hot trend I observed at Milan fashion week. This trend can be worn very fashionably in a variety of different ways, both casually and formally.

In Fashion News: The fashion industry has been buzzing with excitement about musician and fashion icon Pharrell Williams becoming the co-owner of G-Star Raw, a brand that has launched several new denim lines. I’m partial to Don’t Cry Milan – a denim brand that is made in Italy. It is trendy, feminine and sexy.

The oversized tone-on-tone double denim trend is a must try! Double denim — also known as denim on denim — is simply the act of mixing and matching different denim pieces to create a head-to-toe denim outfit. Here are some of my favorites.

Oversize denim isn’t the only trend of the season- denim is making a strong comeback in many ways. Jeans and trenches with stripes and patches created by technical patchwork is also in trend. Fashion bloggers and fashionistas should definitely embrace this new trend in edgy yet sensible fashion.

Whether or not you’re a fan of the controversial, and ever so popular reality TV family, the Kardashians/Jenners, you have to give them credit for their business savvy mindset. From their appearances on red carpet events to debuts during fashion weeks, the Kardashian/Jenner clan have made names for themselves in the fashion industry.

The youngest members of the family, Kylie and Kendall Jenner at only 18- and 20-years-old, respectively, already hold several impressive feats under their belts. In 2012, the Jenner sisters partnered with PacSun for the release of The Kendall & Kylie Collection in early 2013. The following year, the sisters released a handbag and shoe line under the Madden Girl Line by Steve Madden for Nordstrom. In February of 2015, another Kendall + Kylie collaboration with popular store Topshop was confirmed by the Jenner sisters; the collection was unveiled in stores last month. Aside from their partnerships, the sisters have achieved their own successes individually.

In just two years, Kendall Jenner has walked Fashion Weeks in New York, London and Paris, became the face of Estée Lauder, appeared on the covers of magazines including Teen Vogue, and appeared in campaigns for Givenchy and Fendi. Kylie Jenner has ventured into other areas of the industry with much success; she has been featured on the covers of Interview and Teen Vogue magazines, has launched a line of hair extensions called Kylie Hair Kouture with Bellami Hair, became a brand ambassador for the skin care line Nip + Fab and released her self-titled lip kit.

The Jenner sisters aren’t the only ones making a splash in the fashion world. Sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have made significant accomplishments in the industry. The sisters have released a clothing line called ‘Kardashian Kollection’ and a cosmetics line named ‘Khroma Beauty’, have opened a clothing boutique called D-A-S-H with locations in Los Angeles, Miami, New York City and the Hamptons and have collaborated on campaigns with well known brands including Balmain.  In 2010, a clothing line for Bebe was released by Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian. Another line called K-Dash was debuted on the American cable network QVC.

The Kardashians/Jenners have become a household name over the past few years. Their name will remain in the spotlight for years to come. Hopefully, America’s favorite reality TV family will continue to explore other areas of the fashion world.
